Frequently Asked Questions

Are Slipp condoms lubricated?

Yes! Our condoms are ultra-thin and lubricated. But don’t be afraid to add more lube for your comfort and pleasure. Just make sure you use either a water-based or silicone-based lubricant. Oil-based lubricant can break down latex.

How will the package look when it arrives? Is it discreet?

Your package will be shipped in a white poly mailer envelope or small brown box with no branding, colors, or logos on the outside. The product will not be visible from the outside of the packaging.

What ingredients are in Slipp condoms?

Slipp condoms are made with 2 ingredients: natural rubber latex and pure silicone lubricant. Vaginal comfort is a top priority - so we avoid the use of any flavors, dyes and textures.

Are they male condoms? Or female condoms?

Slipp condoms are external ("male") condoms! (We think it's silly they're known as "male" condoms when they're not exclusively used for males, but alas)

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Canada and the USA.

Where can I purchase Slipp condoms?

Slipp condoms are available directly on our website or in a selection of retailers across North America. Please visit the Shop Now page to order or the Find Us page to locate us in-store.

If you’re a retailer interested in selling our product, visit our wholesale page or contact us at info@slipp.org.

Do you have a latex-free condom option?

We know that latex allergies are common. However, we unfortunately do not sell latex-free condoms because they are patent protected which means we are unable to offer them at this point in time.

How are the condoms tested for reliability?

Our manufacturer is a world leader in condom manufacturing. Slipp condoms are individually and electronically tested for maximum reliability. They’re subject to several levels of testing & inspection during the manufacturing process. They are required to pass all tests performed and must conform to the quality standards in order to be sold.

Are Slipp condoms FDA and Health Canada approved?

Yes! Our product is both FDA and Health Canada certified.

What is your refund policy?

We currently manage refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@slipp.org with any concerns and our customer service team will be happy to help!

What is the expiry date on the condoms?

Condoms have a typical shelf life of 5 years. Please check the box for the expiry date.

What size are the condoms?

Our condoms are a standard size with a nominal width of 53mm and length of > 180mm.
